Today’s good thing was lunch with the Butterfield-Price family.
Second good thing was a walk with them at Minster Lovell, in the drizzle.
Third good thing was watching a bride and groom having their photograph taken in the drizzle.
We stood there for a while watching as the photographers and bystanders stayed dry under umbrellas while the newly weds got wet.
'I threw my wedding album in a rubbish bin in the town square,' I said to Charlie who was standing next to me, holding her dog on a lead, watching the wet wedding, 'I didn't want to have that sort of pictorial reminder that the marriage was ultimately pointless.'
The above images are details of a colouring-in I’m doing of a print of The Numbers Went Round.
It’s in photographic paper and the felt pens go on nice and smooth.
