This is my new favourite word.
I’ve been reading a book called The 1%, a sort of positivey thinkingy kind of thing, all about uber-successful people who don’t get deterred by rejection.
I’m adopting that tact.

Today’s good thing is that Ginny’s kids have given me a lovely outdoor easel, one with a seat attached, that belonged to Ginny.
I’m pleased to have it.
I will really cherish it because it is very sad that Ginny is no longer with us.

Ginny Coates, a very talented painter and sculptor, died very unexpectedly at the beginning of December.

One of the few artists I knew who I can honestly say I admired, she patiently taught me how to hang an exhibition.
She painted beautiful paintings and crafted dynamic animal sculptures.
Her paintings are remarkable.
I’ll post one tomorrow here.
