I’ve been reading John.C.Parkin’s Fuck It:The Ultimate Spiritual Way.
It is the only self-help/spiritual book I have read that makes any sense or any difference.
Forget the Dalai Lama, forget positive affirmations or staring at yourself in the mirror and telling yourself how worthy you are or sitting on a hilltop, chanting, to try and find yourself.

I am now inspired to just say FUCK IT-
Fuck it to my financial situation.
Fuck it to my personal life/relationships.
Fuck it to global warming/cooling.
Fuck it to worrying about developing bowel cancer from eating too many jam donuts with my friend, Tom McKibbin.
Fuck it to things I can personally do nothing about, such as the weather.
Fuck it to whether I sell any drawings or not.
Fuck it to the news.
Fuck it to television.
Fuck it to people on television.
Fuck it to people who watch television.
And finally, fuck it to only producing monochromatic drawings.
