








In the last 8 or so months I’ve developed an interest in cancer.
Firstly from my aunt dying of it last June, then my brother-in-law in September, then my mother a month ago today.
So I got interested in what I could eat to prevent or hold off, or even reverse whichever of the little fuckers might be flexing their muscles within my body somewhere.
Apparently red foods, like peppers, grapes, dark green foods and green tea.
I drink a lot of green tea and have started eating red grapes and raspberries.
I’m also, pharmaceutically, removing my stress and anxiety.
So if anybody asks me, hey, how’s that green tea, fish oil, broccoli and anxiety medication diet working for ya?
Well, I don’t seem to have any cancer popping out me yet, so pretty darn fucking good so far, I’d have to say.
